Shenzhen JLC Technology to Hold Shenzhen IPO Online Roadshow Thursday

Circuit board manufacturer Shenzhen JLC Technology (SHE:001232) will host an online investor roadshow on Thursday ahead of its initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's main board.

The IPO will consist of 55.6 million shares, accounting for 10% of the company's share capital post-IPO, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Of the total, 11.1 million shares, or 20% of the offering, will be allocated to asset management plans for senior management, core employees, and strategic investors.

The offline offering portion will consist of 31.1 million shares, while the online retail offering will cover 13.3 million shares.

The final issue price will be determined through a preliminary offline inquiry process.
