CRRC to Invest 600 Million Yuan Into Partnership Fund
CRRC (SHA:601766, HKG:1766) plans to invest 600 million yuan into a partnership fund it will establish through its subsidiaries, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Tuesday.The Huayu Guoke Strategic Emerging Industries (Suzhou) Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will have a registered capital of 1.50 billion yuan. The fund's partnership term will be 12 years and will invest in industrials related to the company's business and upstream and downstream industry chain.The rail transit equipment manufacturer's subsidiaries, CRRC Capital Management and Huayu Zhengdao (Beijing) Private Equity Investment Fund Management, will inject 570 million yuan and 30 million yuan, respectively, into the fund.
