Centurion (SGX:OU8) acquired a 25% stake in its second student accommodation development in Perth, Australia, for a cash consideration of AU$250,000, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The acquisition comes following a similar acquisition of a 472-bed development in the same city in December 2025.The investment was carried out through its subsidiary, Centurion Overseas Investments, which subscribed for shares in the Fairway development.
