Karin Technology in Talks to Buy Hong Kong IT Firms
Karin Technology (SGX:K29) signed non-binding memoranda of understanding to potentially buy two IT companies in Hong Kong, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The electronic components distributor is exploring the acquisition of an agentic AI platform developer and an application programming interface (API) company.The parties are seeking to reach a formal agreement within the exclusivity period, which expires on Sept. 15.
