Karin Technology Extends Exclusivity Period for Proposed Acquisition of Hong Kong Firms

Karin Technology (SGX:K29) extended the exclusivity period for its proposed acquisitions of two Hong Kong IT companies to Dec. 31 from Sept. 15.

The company said it remains in discussions with the respective parties with a view to entering into definitive agreements, according to a Tuesday filing.

The proposed acquisitions remain subject to negotiations and the execution of definitive agreements, with no assurance that the deals will proceed.
