Interra Resources Acquires Minority Stake in Indonesian Lab Testing Firm
Interra Resources (SGX:5GI) acquired a 2.37% stake in Indonesia-based lab testing firm, MUTU, for nearly 7.95 billion Indonesian rupiah, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The acquisition was carried out by subscribing to nearly 82 million shares of MUTU at 97 Indonesian rupiah apiece.The move is part of the company's shift from traditional petroleum exploration toward green and sustainable industries, Interra said.
