Interra Resources' Thai Joint Operating Firm to Acquire Rooftop Solar Projects

Interra Resources' (SGX:5GI) Thai joint operating company, Frontier Interra Solar Energy, agreed to acquire five rooftop solar photovoltaic projects in Thailand from Frontier Construction for 15 million baht, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The petroleum exploration and production company said the projects will have a total combined capacity of 847.525 kW, with the transfer including ownership of assets, related rights, and the right to collect electricity charges from users.

Interra jointly controls Frontier Interra Solar Energy with its subsidiary, Interra Renewable Energy (Thailand).
