Interra Resources Firm to Install Rooftop Solar Power System at Thai School

Interra Resources' (SGX:5GI) Thai joint operating company, Frontier Interra Solar Energy, signed an agreement to install a rooftop solar power system at Thailand-based Strisrinan School, according to a Singapore Exchange filing on Monday.

Under the agreement, the subsidiary will design, install, operate and maintain a 264.55 kilowatt-hour solar power system on the school premises.

The school will pay a monthly service fee based on total electricity generated over 15 years from the start of commercial service.

Claimants Withdraw Lawsuit Against PropNex's Arm

PropNex (SGX:OYY) said a lawsuit filed against the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, PropNex Realty, as a co-defendant, has been dropped, according to a Friday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The claimants have discontinued and withdrawn the suit, the statement said.PropNex Realty was named as one of three co-defendants in a lawsuit filed in the High Court of Singapore in February.
