Beyond Securities Official Changes Company's Name to Bydh Securities
Brokerage services provider Beyond Securities (SET:BYD) has officially changed the company's name to Bydh Securities, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai stock exchange.The company has registered the new name and corporate seal in the affidavit, as well as amended its memorandum of association and articles of association with the Registrar at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, effective Sept. 16.
