Brokerage services provider Beyond Securities (SET:BYD) has officially changed the company's name to Bydh Securities, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The company has registered the new name and corporate seal in the affidavit, as well as amended its memorandum of association and articles of association with the Registrar at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, effective Sept. 16.

Lotus Pharmaceutical's (TPE:1795) subsidiary, Lotus International, will reduce its capital by $70 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The reduction involves the cancellation of 70 million shares as part of the group's capital utilization plan.Following the reduction, Lotus International's share capital will stand at $16.1 million.
