Eroad Says Regal Partners' Unit Lifts Stake

Eroad (ASX:ERD, NZE:ERD) received notice that Regal Funds Management, a unit of Regal Partners (ASX:RPL), increased its holdings in the company to 15.759% from 14.541%, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.Regal Funds now owns 29.6 million shares in the company, the filing said.
