Unimech Aerospace's Consolidated Attributable Profit Declines in Fiscal Q4

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing's (NSE:UNIMECH, BOM:544322) consolidated attributable profit declined to 261.0 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 292.0 million rupees a year ago.Earnings per share contracted to 5.12 rupees from 6.16 rupees a year earlier, the aerospace and defense company said in a filing to the Indian bourses on Thursday.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, increased to 818.0 million rupees from 683.7 million rupees a year ago.

Da Yu Financial Unit to Underwrite Rights Offering

Da Yu Financial (HKG:1073) said its wholly-owned subsidiary Morton Securities agreed to underwrite a rights offering alongside Get Nice Securities, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The financial services firm's shares gained 15%.The brokerage will underwrite up to 59.5 million shares of APAC Resources' (HKG:1104) broader rights offering of 353.9 million shares priced at HK$1.45 each.The group expects to earn a commission of HK$2.2 million from the underwriting agreement.
