Hindalco Industries (NSE:HINDALCO, BOM:500440) opened an Eternia experience centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, according to a company statement filed with Indian bourses on Thursday.The expansion is aimed at scaling its aluminium window systems business under the Eternia brand, the company said in the filing.It also set up a manufacturing facility in Bilaspur, Gurugram, the filing said. The facility has a built-up area of about 120,000 sq. ft. and a monthly production capacity of up to 250,000 sq. ft., along with R&D and training infrastructure for fabricators and installers, it added.

Hindalco Industries (NSE:HINDALCO, BOM:500440) consolidated attributable profit declined sharply to 26.0 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 52.8 billion rupees a year ago.Earnings per share contracted to 11.67 rupees from 23.76 rupees a year earlier, the aluminium manufacturer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, increased to 781.3 billion rupees from 648.9 billion rupees a year ago.The company's board recommended a final dividend of 5 rupees per equity share of 1 rupee each for the financial year ended March 31.
