Nomad Foods Shares Decline Amid Lower Q1 Earnings, Revenue

Nomad Foods (NOMD) shares declined more than 1% in early Thursday trading after the company reported lower Q1 earnings and revenue.The company reported Q1 adjusted earnings of 0.23 euros ($0.27) per diluted share, down from 0.35 euros a year earlier.Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 0.19 euros.Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 715.2 million euros, compared with 760.1 million euros a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected 695.9 million euros.For 2026, the company raised its adjusted EPS outlook to between 1.47 euros and 1.62 euros, from the prior outlook of 1.45 euros to 1.60 euros.
