Nomad Foods (NOMD) said Monday that it expects Q2 reported and organic revenue to decline by 2.5% to 3.5%.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expect revenue of 710.9 million euros ($812.8 million), down 4.8% from 746.9 million euros a year earlier.
The company expects adjusted EBITDA for the quarter ended June 30 to be in the range of 120 million euros to 126 million euros.
For 2026, Nomad Foods said it continues to expect organic revenue to decline by 2% to 5%. Four analysts anticipate revenue of 2.93 billion euros, down 3.3% from 3.03 billion euros a year earlier.
The company expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to decline by 5% to 10%.
Shares of the company were up over 3% in Monday's premarket activity.
