Nomad Foods (NOMD) said Thursday its Nomad Foods Bondco unit has completed its offering of 800 million euros ($921.2 million) of 5.25% senior secured notes due 2033.
The company said the proceeds were used to refinance its existing 800 million euros of senior secured notes due 2028.
Separately, the company kept its quarterly dividend at $0.17 per share, payable Aug. 27 to shareholders of record Aug. 11.
