Kye-Ryong Construction Wins KRW144.2 Billion Apartment Housing Construction Project
Kye-Ryong Construction Industrial (KRX:013580) secured an apartment housing construction project in the Nae-dong district in Nonsan from Burin Development, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The contract is valued at 144.2 billion won. The project includes constructing eight apartment buildings with three basement levels and 26 above-ground floors. It comprises 499 residential units and ancillary welfare facilities.The contract period and value are subject to change.Shares of Kye-Ryong Construction Industrial jumped more than 5% at market close.
