Kye-Ryong Construction Secures KRW103 Billion Construction Contract in South Korea

Kye-Ryong Construction Industrial (KRX:013580) secured a 103.3 billion won construction contract for the street-level housing redevelopment project in Gocheok-dong, Seol, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The contract with the Gocheok-dong Street-based Housing Redevelopment Association represents 3.58% of its 2025 sales.

The contract is effective Wednesday, with construction scheduled to take 36 months from the actual start of work, and payment will be made based on the project progress.
