Aneka Jaringan to Acquire 51% Stake in P3 International
Aneka Jaringan (KLSE:ANEKA) signed a conditional share sale agreement to acquire a 51% stake in P3 International from Aneka Properties for 1 million ringgit, according to a Monday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.P3 International is principally involved in the construction of buildings and mainly operates in Taiwan through its Taiwan branch.The acquisition will expand the engineering services company's geographical footprint into Taiwan and is expected to contribute positively to its future earnings.
