International Paper to Acquire North Pacific Paper for $360 Million
International Paper (IP) agreed to buy North Pacific Paper, a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, for $360 million to expand in the US West Coast region.The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval, International Paper said Thursday in a statement.North Pacific Paper, based in Longview, Washington, operates three machines that produce about 1 million tons of containerboard and other grades annually.Price: $36.46, Change: $-0.05, Percent Change: -0.15%
