GigaDevice Semiconductor's Profit Soars 523% in Q1
GigaDevice Semiconductor (HKG:3986) recorded a 523% rise in attributable profit in the first quarter of 2026 to 1.46 billion yuan from 234.6 million yuan a year prior, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the semiconductor company were down nearly 2% in Thursday afternoon trading.Earnings per share rose to 2.18 yuan from 0.35 yuan in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.Operating revenue surged 119% to 4.19 billion yuan from 1.91 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
