Guardant Health (GH) said Monday it will appeal the final judgment of a Delaware district court related to a patent infringement dispute with TwinStrand Biosciences and University of Washington.The company said execution of the court's final decision and collection of potential royalties are on hold, pending the appeal.The potential royalties do not apply to the company's current versions of Guardant Reveal and Shield, which feature updated technology.
