Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) appointed Richard Holmes as chief development officer, effective June 1, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.Holmes most recently held the position of chief development officer at Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR), the filing added.The company's shares fell 3% in recent Thursday trade.
