Asara Resources Identifies High-Grade Gold Mineralization at Guinea Project; Shares Up 5%
Asara Resources (ASX:AS1) identified high-grade gold mineralization during recent drilling at its Massan Deposit within its Kada Gold Project in Guinea, West Africa, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.The results were up to 47 meters at 8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, including 8 meters at 42.2 g/t gold, and 66 meters at 0.7 g/t gold, including 3 meters at 3.8 g/t gold, the filing added.The results confirm the continuation of significant gold mineralization into the southern extension of the Massan Deposit and further demonstrate the strong upside potential of the previously under-drilled area, the filing added.The company's shares rose almost 5% in recent Wednesday trade.
