Adisyn Secures Independent Expert Verification of Repeatability of Graphene Deposition Process for Semiconductors; Shares Rise 9%

Adisyn (ASX:AI1) achieved independent expert verification of the repeatability of its graphene deposition process for next-generation semiconductors, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing. The graphene layer was confirmed at around 1 nanometer to 2 nanometers of thickness, verified by two independent characterization methods. This satisfies a milestone under its agreement for the acquisition of 2D Generation, which required reliable, repeatable graphene deposition at temperatures below 300 degrees Celsius, the company said. It demonstrated continuous graphene film formation on a copper substrate using an industrial Atomic Layer Deposition system with all process steps maintained below the temperature. The achievement of the milestone results in the issue of 100 million fully paid ordinary shares to the original shareholders of 2D Generation.Adisyn's shares jumped nearly 9% in recent trading on Tuesday.
