Zhongtai Securities (SHA:600918) redeemed short-term bonds for 3.01 billion yuan on Sept. 21, Monday, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds, which were issued on May 15, 2026, had a coupon rate of 1.43% and a term of 126 days.
Zhen Ding Technology (TPE:4958) plans to raise $800 million through the issuance of unsecured overseas convertible bonds, according to a Tuesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The five-year zero-coupon convertible bonds will be issued on Sept. 9 and are scheduled to mature on Sept. 29, 2031.Proceeds from the bond issue will be used to supplement working capital, the company said.If the bonds are fully converted in 2026, the dilution ratio of the share capital is estimated at 3.92%.The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
China CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) raised 5 billion yuan via the issue of a three-year bond carrying a coupon rate of 1.56%.Proceeds will be used to optimize the bank's asset-liability matching structure, increase stable liability sources and support asset business development, according to a Tuesday aftermarket filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the bank were down 1% in recent trade on the Hong Kong bourse.
Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750, HKG:3750), or CATL, issued the first tranche of its green bonds for the year, which amounts to 4 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.The battery maker's Shenzhen shares slipped 1% during Wednesday's morning trade.The bond has a coupon rate of 1.49% and a term of up to five years, maturing Sept. 22, 2031. The issuer has the option to adjust the coupon rate and the investors' put option at the end of the third year.Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner.
