Yunnan Energy New Material's (SHE:002812) newly acquired subsidiary SK IE Battery Materials Technology (Jiangsu) completed its registration change procedure following its purchase from South Korea's SK IE Technology (KRX:361610) for 400 million yuan.
The subsidiary's name was changed to Changzhou Energy New Material, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
