Xiamen Tungsten (SHA:600549) issued 500 million yuan in 270-day bonds, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds have an interest rate of 1.48%.
China Construction Bank Corporation (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) is the lead underwriter, while Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) is the joint lead underwriter.
Shares rose 2% during the midday break on Monday.
HSBC (HSBA.L) issued three series of senior unsecured notes with a combined principal amount of $6.75 billion, according to an Aug. 14 release.The issuance comprised $2.50 billion of 5.243% fixed/floating-rate notes due 2032, $3.25 billion of 5.729% fixed/floating-rate notes due 2037, and $1 billion of floating-rate notes due 2032. The British lender intends to list the notes on the New York Stock Exchange.

Jiangxi Copper's (SHA:600362, HKG:0358) two tranches of medium-term bonds totaling 1.5 billion yuan accrued interest on Friday, according to a Saturday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.The first tranche has a total amount of 500 million yuan with a 10-year term and an interest rate of 2.14%, while the second tranche is a 15-year bond worth 1 billion yuan and an interest rate of 2.35%.Both issuances form part of a 7 billion-yuan bond program.Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) is the lead underwriter and bookrunner, while China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the joint lead underwriter.Shares rose 4% in Shanghai and 3% in Hong Kong during morning trading on Monday.
