Waratah Minerals Reports High Gold Recoveries of Up to 93% in Metallurgical Testing at NSW Project

Waratah Minerals (ASX:WTM) said initial geometallurgical test work from the Consols Zone at its Spur Project in New South Wales returned high gold recoveries of over 89%, ranging between 89% and 93%, by gravity and conventional leaching from samples with coarse, free-milling gold in grain sizes up to 601 micrometers, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said conventional leaching recovery ranged between 68% and 86%, with negligible gold tied in silicates at 0.4%, with the results mirroring previous metallurgical test work from Spur and suggesting a simple, conventional process pathway.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
