The US Treasury's 5-year auction hit a high yield of 5.033% on Wednesday, up from the 4.393% high in the previous auction.
The bid to cover ratio for the auction was 2.21, below the 2.37 ratio in the previous auction.
Dealers represented 55.58% of the bids, with direct bidders at 16.53% and indirect bidders at 27.89%.
For takedown, dealers took 15.77%, with direct bidders at 29.92% and indirect bidders at 54.31%.
