True North Copper (ASX:TNC) said its share purchase plan closed on Sept. 10 with total subscriptions of about AU$750,000, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the plan, eligible shareholders were able to apply for up to AU$30,000 worth of new shares, which were issued at AU$0.37 each, per the filing.
The company's shares fell past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
