Tilray Launching Cannabis Flower Products in The UK

Tilray Brands (TLRY.TO) on Monday said its Tilray Health unit is launching its cannabis-flower products through Lyphe Clinic and Lyphe Dispensary in the United Kingdom, creating a direct-to-patient channel that broadens access for patients across the country.

The launch marks a milestone in Tilray's integration of Lyphe Group, which it acquired in April. The range available through Lyphe Clinic and Lyphe Dispensary will expand over the coming months.

"By bringing Tilray Medical-branded cannabis medicines to patients through Lyphe Clinic and Lyphe Dispensary, we are combining high-quality European cultivation and pharmaceutical manufacturing with trusted clinical, prescribing, dispensing and patient care services," said Rajnish Ohri, president of international operations at Tilray Brands.

Tilray shares were last seen down C$0.08 to C$6.38 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Stracon Group Swings to Q2 Profit

Stracon Group (STG.TO) Friday after-trade reported a swing to a second-quarter profit of $0.06 per share, from a loss of $0.02 per share in the prior-year period.The engineering and industrial services company said revenue advanced 6.5% year over year, to $208.3 million. Stracon noted the industrial services segment revenue posted the biggest revenue increase, jumping 21% to $147.9 million from $122.5 million.Stracon Group shares closed unchanged at C$10.52, on the Toronto Stock Exchange
