Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) appointed Debra Bakker as non-executive chairman, effective June 29, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Bakker will succeed Ian Middlemas, who has stepped down as chair, the filing said.
Bakker currently serves on the boards of Yancoal Australia (ASX:YAL) and Ten Sixty Four (ASX:X64), the filing added.
Terra Metals's shares fell around 4% in recent Thursday trade, while Yancoal Australia's shares shed 2%.

Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) completed its acquisition of airport technology and services provider Dubai Technology Partners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Dubai Technology Partners has around 60 employees and will be integrated into Gentrack's Veovo airports division, the company said.
