Terra Metals Appoints Chair; Shares Fall 4%
Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) appointed Debra Bakker as non-executive chairman, effective June 29, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.Bakker will succeed Ian Middlemas, who has stepped down as chair, the filing said.Bakker currently serves on the boards of Yancoal Australia (ASX:YAL) and Ten Sixty Four (ASX:X64), the filing added.Terra Metals's shares fell around 4% in recent Thursday trade, while Yancoal Australia's shares shed 2%.
