Stagwell (STGW) said Monday it has entered an agreement to acquire QStrauss Consulting, a technology consulting and implementation firm based in Colombia.
Adobe (ADBE) implementation specialist QStrauss will join Stagwell's Code and Theory Network, expanding its global footprint and Adobe expertise, the company said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
