Rexford Industrial Realty's (REXR) shares were up 7.7% in Friday trading after the company late Thursday reported Q2 core funds from operations and revenue that exceeded market expectations.
The company reported Q2 core funds from operations of $0.63 per diluted share, up from $0.59 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.60.
Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 fell to $245.5 million from $249.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $240.2 million.
The company now expects its full-year core FFO per share to be $2.38 to $2.43, compared with the previous guidance of $2.37 to $2.42. Analysts expect $2.41.
