Sparebanken Norge Offers SEK500 Million Senior Preferred Bond

Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) said Friday it issued a new senior preferred bond worth 500 million kronor.

The Norwegian lender's newly issued bond due Aug. 21, 2031, carries a fixed coupon rate of 3.40% per year.

Settlement is scheduled for Aug. 21. Danske Bank was the sole manager for the deal.

GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) on Aug. 17 will pay annual interest on its 3.7 billion-yuan medium-term bonds, according to a Thursday aftermarket filing on the Shenzhen bourse.The five-year bonds of 2.5 billion yuan hold a coupon rate of 3.12%, while the 10-year bonds of 1.2 billion yuan carry a 3.60% coupon rate. Interest per 1,000-yuan lot amounts to 31.20 yuan and 36.00 yuan, respectively.Shares of the brokerage were down 2% in recent trade on the Shenzhen bourse and 1% in Hong Kong.

Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) completed the issuance of 2 billion yuan bonds on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The two-year debt forms part of a 90 billion yuan program. The coupon rate for the bonds is 1.51%.Shares fell 4% in Shanghai during Friday morning trading.
