The three-year fixed-term bonds have an interest rate of 2.72% and are the fifth tranche of a bond program launched in 2023.

Dongwon Industries (KRX:006040) has provided a 460.0 billion won guarantee on affiliate Dongwon Construction Industry's debt of the same amount with Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance and five other institutions, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The guarantee relates to the completion of a new logistics warehouse in which the affiliate is a contractor.The guarantee period will last until Dec. 25, 2028.Shares of the seafood company rose more than 3% in recent trade.

Jiangsu Expressway (SHA:600377, HKG:0177) will issue 590 million yuan in 261-day bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds have an issuance rate of 1.41% and form part of a 4-billion-yuan bond program.CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while Jiangsu Bank is the joint lead underwriter.Shares rose 2% in Shanghai during morning trading on Thursday.
