Shengda Resources' (SHE:000603) subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Guangda Mining, completed the renewal of the mining right for the Dadi Mining Area Silver-Lead-Zinc Mine, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The mining rights are valid until Sept. 24, 2034.
The non-ferrous metal ore company's shares slipped 1% at the close.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
