Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SHA:600000) through its Hong Kong branch, filed for the listing of 3 billion yuan worth of 1.68% bonds due 2029 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on or about July 24, the bank said.
Great Wall Motor (SHA:601633) said the conditional put option for its GWM convertible bond has been triggered after the company's shares traded below 70% of the conversion price for 30 consecutive sessions through July 22.The put price is 100.27 yuan per bond, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse. The put period runs from July 30 to Aug. 5, with payment on Aug. 10.Shares of the automaker rose 1% in recent trade.
Hua Xia Bank (SHA:600015) completed the issuance of 40 billion yuan of three-year fixed-rate bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.53%. Proceeds will be used to replenish funding sources, optimize liability maturities, and develop the business.
NH Investment & Securities (KRX:005940) finalized the issuance terms for its 77th unsecured corporate bond offering worth 500 billion won, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korean Exchange.The company previously intended to offer a bond worth 300 billion won, but raised it to 500 billion won after finalizing the issuance terms, the filing said.The South Korean financial services firm filed an amended securities registration on Wednesday, July 22, to announce the finalized issuance conditions after submitting the initial document on July 15, it said.Shares of NH Investment & Securities added nearly 3% in recent trade.
