Hua Xia Bank (SHA:600015) completed the issuance of 40 billion yuan of three-year fixed-rate bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.53%. Proceeds will be used to replenish funding sources, optimize liability maturities, and develop the business.
