NH Investment & Securities (KRX:005940) finalized the issuance terms for its 77th unsecured corporate bond offering worth 500 billion won, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The company previously intended to offer a bond worth 300 billion won, but raised it to 500 billion won after finalizing the issuance terms, the filing said.
The South Korean financial services firm filed an amended securities registration on Wednesday, July 22, to announce the finalized issuance conditions after submitting the initial document on July 15, it said.
Shares of NH Investment & Securities added nearly 3% in recent trade.
