Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical (SHA:600426) completed its coal gasification platform upgrade and transformation project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The project upgrades existing gasification equipment that produces syngas using coal as raw material. Following the upgrade, syngas production is expected to reach 450,933 normal cubic meters per hour.
Total investment reached 3.04 billion yuan.
Company shares rose nearly 2% during the midday break on Tuesday.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
