Technology stocks were advancing premarket Thursday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.3% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.4% higher.
Ouster (OUST) stock was down nearly 7% after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 3.62 million common shares at $55.22 apiece, for expected gross proceeds of about $200 million.
Wallbox (WBX) shares were down about 2% after the company said it has closed an equity raising of about 11.8 million euros ($13.5 million) and received a separate 4 million-euro investment from the firm Focus on Next Frontier.
Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) and its Google unit are facing a fine of about 4.13 billion euros ($4.71 billion) after the Court of Justice of the European Union, or CJEU, dismissed their appeal and upheld an earlier court ruling that found Google Search in violation of competition laws. Alphabet Class A shares were 0.9% lower premarket.
