SDIC Power (SHA:600886) subsidiary Red Rock Renewables approved the 364.6 million pound sterling loan to Inch Cape Offshore Holdings, or ICOHL, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The loan will bear an interest of 8% per annum and will mature in 2049.
ICOHL is a 50-50 joint venture developing the 1,080-megawatt Inch Cape offshore wind project in Scotland.
