Sanu Gold (SANU.CN) intends to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and has received conditional approval for the listing, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
The gold exploration company plans to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). It also filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for its Daina Gold Project in connection with the TSXV listing.
Shares of the company were last seen up 1.9% at CA$0.265 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
