Sanu Gold to List on TSX Venture Exchange
Sanu Gold (SANU.CN) intends to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and has received conditional approval for the listing, it said in a statement on Wednesday.The gold exploration company plans to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). It also filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for its Daina Gold Project in connection with the TSXV listing.Shares of the company were last seen up 1.9% at CA$0.265 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.Price: $0.27, Change: $+0.01, Percent Change: +1.92%
