Sangsangin Investment & Securities' Largest Shareholder in Talks to Sell Stake

Sangsangin Investment & Securities (KRX:001290) said Friday that its largest shareholder, Sangsangin, is in discussions with Sh Suhyup Bank to sell its stake in Sangsangin Investment & Securities, but no specific details have been finalized.

The clarification came after Yonhap News published a report on the matter on Aug. 6.

Sangsangin Investment & Securities will make another disclosure once specific details are determined or within three months, the company said in a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.

Kafelaku Coffee Upsizes Private Placement to HK$11.6 Million

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
