Sangsangin Investment & Securities Shareholder Looking to Sell Stake; Shares Jump 30%
Sangsangin Investment & Securities' (KRX:001290) largest shareholder, Sangsangin Co., Ltd., is in talks with Sh Suhyup Bank regarding selling its stake in Sangsangin Investment, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.The parties have not reached any specific deal so far, with any conformation to be shared within the next month, the securities company said.Shares of the company rose nearly 30% in recent trade.
