The final S&P Global UK Manufacturing PMI stood at 51.7, against the previous month's 51.9 and the flash estimate of 51.5, S&P Global said Tuesday. The latest reading marks the 10th straight month the index came in above the neutral 50 threshold.

Approved new mortgage lending was down 12% compared with the same period last year.
